Clients of Saxo SIM (Italia) can't currently use the OpenAPI in the LIVE environment. Apps created through the dev portal can't connect to a LIVE Saxo SIM (Italia) account, and there's no alternative way to operate on these accounts through the OpenAPI.
You can still create applications in the Simulation environment to build and test your integration. These applications won't work against LIVE Saxo SIM (Italia) accounts until access is enabled.
We're working on a solution and will update this article as soon as we have a timeline.
